Dawn of The Planet of The Apes

The extraordinary directing of Matt Reeves made another successful coming on July 11th at the premiere of this film. I mean come on did we expect anything thing from the director of Let Me In and Cloverfield.

The composition of the story and the dramatic input into the apes character was astonishing that made us feel closer to the ape characters than its predecessor. It wasn't all the way action wise but still it could keep us on the edge of our sits.

Brilliance of the directing of matt Reeves made us reminisce on the 70s franchise. The drama was well written and served well to the audience.

With a budget of $170M and till today bringing over $400M from overall it did pretty well in the box office.

I give it a rating of 3.7/5

Captain America: The winter soldier

Hello guys.... been quiet for a while i know... but here is my review on this movie

Brothers Anthony Russo and Joe Russo really did step up their game for this one, in twist of directing a big budget marvel super hero movie. The directing was wonderful, every actor knew what he or she had to do at wat exact time compared to The Avengers. Do not get me wrong The Avengers was a brilliant movie but the acting seemed to rehearsed. But in this film the actors also stepped up their game.
Plot was easy and interesting to follow and at the same time deep that it pulls you into the script. Mesmarizing choreography and music to capture each scene individually and didnt leave anything hanging. The movie budget allowed the directors to broaden their ideas and imagination making the movie with a lot of eye catching tech and weapons.

But questioning on Chris Evans, did he really play captain America well or did he over sell the patriotic acting

All in all i give this film a 2.7/5

X-Men Days Of Future Past

The x-men send wolverine back in time in a desperate act to change events of the past that will set for the whole mutant species to go extinct.

Bryan singer's execution of the movies plot was outstanding from the beginning to the climixical end. Actors McAvoy and Jackman played there roles to the best and were to adapt with their script.

And with the eye capturing motion work makes the movie sweet to the eyes that u can watch over and over.
Although the ending was not so fulfilling it did its job well to prepare for us for the sequel.

It is the highest-grossing film in the series and in June that year it became the highest-grossing film of 2014, having earned $726 million worldwide. A sequel, X-Men: Apocalypse, is scheduled for release on May 27, 2016, with Singer returning to direct.

Rating: 3/5

Rio 2

Rio 2 a great adventure animation about two blue macaws in the journey back home.

Its a great prequel to its previous film with good CGI and catchy tunes, and perfect vocals from the vocal cast. But it lacks what all other blue sky studio sequels lack, a good story line. True it was an entertaining animation with the performances and the detailing in creating it but the story was not audience capturing in the sence that its sequel did.

Its change of story in bringing in more characters that could and did step up to there characters was a good choice from its casting directors.

In the box office it did pretty well scoring more than 4 times its budget , at $ 474 million, since released. It became the peoples favorite but its spotlight was stolen by train your dragon 2, which i will review in a few days.

RoboCop

Hello again guys, this is my second review and hope you will like it.

RoboCop 2014 is a remake of the 1980s sequels. Anybody who grew up in the 90s knows about the former good Samaritan cop now a machine/robot cop who is programed to abide the law and enforce justice but gets sidetracked with a personnel vendetta.

All i can say is that the movie was quite impressive, they had to put modern/ near-future technology in it but still hold the former and classic RoboCop that we all loved.

Jose pedilha's directing was upstanding for a director who hasn't yet had a blockbuster film to direct and also carried the weight of filling the shoes of The former sequels. The changes in the story were so abrupt that it made the audience stray far but not far enough to make them forget what they are watching

The acting was well, especially from Joel K. he did an exceptional work to make us believe he was a no-soul machine.

It took us back to our memories and still brought something new to our eyes.

I give it a score rating of 4.1/5

Amazing spiderman 2

Hello guys,

Just watched the movie right now for the fifth time this week. Is the 142 minutes spent on watching it worthwhile or a complete waste?

Truly they  outdid themselves from the first sequel, it had a poorly constructed story line to amateur acting from world class actors and Hollywood.

But this sequel was upgraded to a storyline that can capture the audience but strayed far from the "non-comic" reading audience with the twist on uncle ben and Peter Parker's parents, it made them not know wat was going on but they were still able to capture us back with the awesome CGI from marvel studios.

So is it a movie to watch? yes it is.
Is it a movie to watch more than twice? thats upto you to decide.

I give this film a score/rating of 4/5.
